This automatic filling and capping machine adopts a rotary indexing system with six working stations driven by a servo motor. Fourteen bottle holders move evenly along the circular chain to complete the filling and capping process efficiently.

The machine automatically feeds bottles into the working station. Photoelectric sensors detect the presence of bottles before filling begins, ensuring precise and safe operation. The filling nozzle adopts an insert-type design that moves up and down with a pneumatic cylinder, preventing dripping and improving filling accuracy.
A servo-driven magnetic gear pump is used for liquid metering, achieving a filling accuracy of approximately ±1%. The capping system uses a servo three-claw mechanism with adjustable torque to ensure tight and stable sealing.
The machine is equipped with a vibratory bowl feeder that automatically arranges caps and delivers them to the capping track. All parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel and silicone hoses. Quick-release connections allow easy disassembly and cleaning.
For materials that require temperature control, a heating and constant-temperature hopper can be customized.

The servo-driven magnetic gear pump ensures accurate and stable filling with minimal error.
The three-claw servo capping head provides adjustable torque for consistent sealing quality.
